Are you having difficulty logging in to redeem your Blue Rewards? When you log in are there no points available?
Try logging out by clicking the “return to my account” tab at top of page and then log back in. There can sometimes be a delay in populating points when members log in to their program for the first time. Please allow up to 24 business hours for your points to load after the first initial login within the program year.
