Santa Fe College alumnus, Chris Cano, is co-owner of Gainesville Compost, a local organization that provides bike powered food waste diversion for restaurants and residents, and turns kitchen waste into garden soil products. Gainesville Compost was founded in 2011 and has grown to partner with dozens of restaurants and homes in our community.
