Participants will learn a series of basic techniques from Kung Fu and Aiki-Jitsu for personal protection and safety. Students will learn to gain confidence, and enhance awareness in stressful situations, plus learn energetic exercises that strengthen the body and increase spontaneity. Teacher K.A. Shakoor is a former police defensive tactics instructor and a 6th degree black belt.
