Santa Fe College wins four more national awards

On the heels of being named number one in the nation by the prestigious Aspen Institute, Santa Fe College’s Communications & Creative Services department was lauded with four national Paragon Awards in Portland, Oregon Tuesday, March 24. The National Council for Marketing & Public Relations (NCMPR) acknowledged SF’s superior work with two gold and two silver awards.

NCMPR’s prestigious Paragon Awards recognize outstanding achievement in communications at community and technical colleges. It’s the only national competition of its kind that honors excellence exclusively among marketing and PR professionals at two-year colleges.

NCMPR received more than 1,000 entries in 51 categories including design, video, photography, communications and marketing. Santa Fe College was one of only two colleges nationwide to receive four Paragon Awards this year.

SF’s winning entries include the Saints Playbook, winning gold in the sports brochure category, and the SF Viewbook, winning silver in the digital viewbook category. SF also won silver for the Communications & Creative Services microsite, and gold for a sticker set design in the novelty-advertising category.
