On Wednesday, May 6, the annual Career Service Council picnic was held at the Northwest Campus. Heather Domin was introduced by David Shlafer as this year’s recipient of the Career Service Council S.T.A.R. (Service, Teamwork, Achievement, and Reliability) for her service to the college.
Heather provides outstanding customer service to students, College employees, and outside entities. Heather constantly works with College vendors to make sure they receive our purchase orders timely and provides the information they need to complete their transactions smoothly. Heather has also created excellent tutorial videos to enhance purchasing instruction/training at the College.
In addition, Heather helped significantly this year with the College’s wellness initiative. She helped plan, staff, and shop for all wellness events that took place, and was a key contributor to make those events go smoothly.
Heather maintains a continual positive attitude and a willingness to help others when needed . She maintains fantastic relationships with her co-workers and treats everyone with whom she comes into contact with great respect. She assists those who come from outside the institution and insures that they feel welcome and are promptly guided to where they need to be.”
Congratulations Heather, and thank you for many years of service to staff, students, and the greater community!
