The Santa Fe College fastpitch team will take to the field today at 2:30 p.m. for a crucial MFC double header against rivals Florida State College-Jacksonville, with the FCSAA Tournament in their sights. Santa Fe College (20-24, 7-11 MFC) is currently in fourth place in the Mid-Florida Conference, and a couple wins would go a long ways towards distancing them from the teams chasing them for that final playoff spot. One of those teams is FSC-J (28-13, 5-11 MFC), just one game behind Santa Fe College.
