The Santa Fe College Senate Meeting for July is this coming Tuesday. This is a good time to add Agenda Items as the business is light. There is a Student Government Resolution concerning Rule 2.8 dealing with transgendered students. There will also be a discussion on the new Salary Schedule.
A few representative slots are still open and will need to be filled for the September meeting. All department heads are asked to remind their staff to help in getting reps nominated. Everyone’s input is needed in order to bring Senate issues to the Cabinet and Board.
