There was a follow-up meeting to the one on October 10 regarding the federally imposed U.S. Department of Labor’s Overtime Rule that will go into effect December 1, 2016.
The meeting was held Tuesday, November 1 in the Fine Arts Hall. Many employees who are currently exempted from overtime (many Technical/Professional staff) and Career Service employees attended. There will be no effect on faculty positions.
