Great Success With Fine Arts Hall Performances and Workshops!

screen-shot-2016-11-09-at-10-26-25-amSanta Fe College again hosted a very successful 4 days of theater for all at the Fine Arts Hall! Over 1800 persons participated in performances and workshops in 10 divisions, with many more as attendees. At the closing ceremony Secretary and Treasurer of FTC and Santa Fe College senior faculty member and site host Terry Klenk, welcomed attendees to the closing ceremony and thanked the campus for its support.

At the opening ceremony Chief Ed Book and his department were recognized for their continued support at keeping the festival safe on campus. During the closing, Klenk introduced Dr. Stefanie Waschull, who spoke to the importance of the arts. FTC president Gary Cadwallader presented the Distinguished Career Award for Theatre Arts Advocacy to Senator Don Gaetz, District 1 who expressed his support for not only the arts but Santa Fe College and its mission.
