Both the Santa Fe women and the men were on the road at Tallahassee Community College (TCC) on Tuesday afternoon to battle the always tough Eagles in their home gym.

The SF women (3-2) started things off with a big win over TCC, handing the Eagles their first loss of the season.

Santa Fe overcame 31 turnovers to knock off the FCSAA #3 ranked Tallahassee CC Eagles thanks to 19 points from Corey Staples and 18 from Ari Emanuel-Wright.  Rayven Wade was a force down low, chipping in nine points and a game high 12 rebounds.  Moneisha Goldsborough was clutch off the bench scoring 11 and Tabitha Odabe also had 11.

Sean Dinkins led SF with 16 points, David-Lee Jones had 15, and D-Juan Taylor-Hodge had 14.

Santa Fe will be back at home on Friday, November 18 against Impact Academy at 5 p.m.
