As we wrap up the United Way campaign for the upcoming year, it became apparent from speaking to many of our contributors they were unaware that the pledge form needed to be renewed or completed each year.
If your pledge form, which was sent through campus mail in October, has come up MIA we have attached a link to a blank form, which can be printed, filled out, and sent to Ramona Mount in F-041.
Please make a copy for your personal file before sending. The deadline to be included in the iPad Mini drawing is Friday, Dec. 2.
