February is American Heart Month, a great time to commit to a healthy lifestyle and make small changes that can lead to a lifetime of heart health. On Friday, Feb. 17, walk over to Building W–Annex, room 113 between 10:00 and 12:00 to meet the students and faculty of the Santa Fe College Cardiovascular Technology Program.
They will be happy to check your blood pressure and talk to you about the various noninvasive screenings that are available to detect evidence of cardiovascular disease.
