September 14, 2017 – Vice President for Administrative Affairs/CFO, Ginger Gibson, has communicated that there should be no problems with staff being paid tomorrow, Sept. 15, as the bank received the electronic file before Hurricane Irma. There are about 45 physical pay checks that will be mailed today, Sept. 14. She also indicated that direct deposit has proven helpful through this event.
Tempforce time should be approved on Monday as we do every week with the exception of last week (remember to include any hours that may have been missed the prior week).
Human Resources will be sending additional information re: handling payroll and administrative leave.
