December 15, 2017 – Santa Fe College President Dr. Jackson N. Sasser released the following statement to all SF staff ahead of winter break.
Dear Santa Fe College Family,
In a few hours, our college will take a break until January 2. Thank you for your unmatched service to our students and community during 2017. Student success continues to improve and that is the result of every member of our culture remaining focused, drawing on innovative propensities, and working inordinately hard.
On January 5, we will gather at 8:30 a.m. in the SF Fine Arts Hall for our 2018 Convocation service. Leading will be nine faculty members who represent the excellence I mentioned above. In addition, I am structuring this convocation for maximum interaction.
As our complex institution pauses for a few days, may you find joy with your family and friends.
