January 2, 2018 – Santa Fe College’s Communications & Creative Services department hopes you had an enjoyable winter break. Now that 2018 is here, it’s time to make sure you freshen up your college image.
CCS will be offering helpful hints throughout the year to make sure, as an entire college, we are putting our best face forward.
All SF employees are invited to visit the CCS page on the SF website to make sure all employees are using consistent messaging.
You can start by making sure your email signature is accurate and up-to-date. The email signatures page lets you select the appropriate email signature. Most SF employees will use the standard signature featuring the SF monogram and Santa Fe College wordmark. As a side note, there are eight dots between the monogram and wordmark – you may need to check any logo you are using to make sure you have the right one.
SF employees in the Athletic department can use the Santa Fe Saints email signature and SF Teaching Zoo staff can use the zoo signature.
If you are not at the zoo or in the athletics department, please use the standard SF email signature.
