January 2, 2018 – The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for parts of north Florida through Thursday, January 4, 2018. Please review up-to-date information from the National Weather Service or monitor your favorite news station.
Alachua County public schools have been canceled for January 3 and 4. The college will remain open, but employees are asked to exercise caution when traveling in inclement weather.
If it does indeed start to snow, employees are encouraged to use one of their 15 minute breaks to make a snow angel in the quad.
