Fourth Annual State of the Strategic Plan Set for Feb. 16

February 6, 2018 – The fourth annual “State of the Strategic Plan” will be held Friday, Feb. 16, from 1:30 – 4 p.m. in Building R, Room 01.

During this year’s college-wide workshop session, in addition to discussing progress toward achievement of the 2014-2019 strategic plan, we will:

  1. work in teams to identify and focus attention on the next set of strategies and tactics primed for our shared investment of time and resources,
  2. discuss the timing and process for retiring the current strategic plan and creating a new one, and
  3. discuss some current national trends impacting planning at colleges and universities.

Seats for the session will be filled on a first come first served basis. If you would like to participate, please look for an Outlook appointment distributed Monday, Feb. 5, 2018, by Cheryl Farrell, and RSVP by Friday, Feb. 9 at 5 p.m. Cheryl will be happy to resend the appointment to you if it is not still among the items in your inbox.

Whether or not you will be present for the workshop, please provide input for item (3) above by taking some time to fill out the survey at https://goo.gl/forms/ruxNFHceIRFHYDlH3. Survey items were adapted from lists within Trends for Higher Education Fall 2017, a publication of the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP).
