Living and Learning Workshop on Finding Peace of Mind

Living and Learning Workshop on Finding Peace of Mind

February 7, 2018 – Living and Learning Workshops give Santa Fe College students, faculty and staff the opportunity to learn more about themselves to gain insight on the personal, career and academic issues that can impact the quality of life.

This week’s workshop, presented by SF Counseling Center’s Dr. Lesley LeBaron, is focused on the topic of “Peace of Mind in Times of Stress.”

Come share and learn new ways to reduce stress. We will also participate in a guided relaxation exercise. You will leave feeling relaxed and have a plan for your own journey to find peace of mind.

The workshop will be held Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, from 1 – 2 p.m. in the SF Counseling Center, Building R, Room 227.

Living and Learning Workshops are part of a series presented by the SF Counseling Center. For more information, visit sfcollege.edu/counseling/workshops.
