April 16, 2018 – As we close in on the end of the spring term, the Santa Fe College Counseling Center invites the entire SF family to “Finishing the Semester Strong”, a four-week workshop on overcoming anxiety.
Does going to class sometimes frighten you? Does the thought of spending time in social situations freak you out? Do you feel like your end of term stress is being magnified by having to do group projects? If you answered yes to any of these, you may be struggling with social anxiety. The SF Counseling Center presents Week 3 of its “Finish This Semester Strong series”: Social Anxiety. The workshop will look at tools and strategies that address the struggle of social anxiety, and hopefully provide relief and resources to the attendees.
The workshops will be held Wednesday, April 18, from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. in the SF Counseling Center, Building R, Room 227.
