September 5, 2018 – Living and Learning Workshops give Santa Fe College students, faculty and staff the opportunity to learn more about themselves to gain insight on the personal, career and academic issues that can impact the quality of life.
This week’s workshop will be presented by Steve Vutsinas from the SF Counseling Center on the topic of “Reducing Test Anxiety.”
Students who struggle with test anxiety are welcomed to attend this interactive workshop that will explore the causes and symptoms, as well as examine stress reduction strategies.
The workshop will be held Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, from 1 – 2 p.m. in Building R, Room 235.
