I don’t know about anybody else, but Santa Fe has been a rock for me. I went from babies to grown babies. I started with the daycare, at the Little School, and for the life of me, I never thought I’d be sitting here in an office. That was the biggest step for me. There are a lot of kids who come to me who have a hard time. They’re not sure how to get from Point A to Point B. I give it all I’ve got to try and walk them through it. A lot of them call me ‘Mom’ or ‘Grandma,’ and that’s cool. When they come in and feel comfortable talking to me like that, it’s a blessing.
