October 11, 2018 – Santa Fe College is pleased to once again be a temporary staging area for the U.S. Army National Guard in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael. The SF Gymnasium will serve as a location for the National Guard to store supplies, their large convoy of vehicles and refueling equipment allocated to assist the recovery efforts in the Florida and Georgia communities affected by Hurricane Michael.
The parking lots by the SF Gym, 11, 11-A and 11-B are currently closed and are expected to stay closed for the remainder of the work week. SF students, faculty and staff are advised to allow extra time to find parking spaces while the lots around the gym are closed.
