Living and Learning Workshop on Alcohol, Drugs and Healthy Coping Skills

October 22, 2018 – Living and Learning Workshops give Santa Fe College students, faculty and staff the opportunity to learn more about themselves to gain insight on the personal, career and academic issues that can impact the quality of life.

This week’s workshop is about “Alcohol, Drugs and Healthy Coping Skills” and will be presented by the SF Counseling Center’s Erika Long.

Are you concerned about you or a loved one’s drug and alcohol use? Have you tried to stop or reduce your substance use, but find it difficult? If so, this week’s Living and Learning workshop will provide information about the traits of addiction, as well as effective coping strategies to achieve sobriety.

The workshop will be held Thursday, Oct. 25, 2018, from 1 – 2 p.m. in the SF Counseling Center, Building R, Room 235.

Living and Learning Workshops are part of a series presented by the SF Counseling Center. For more information, visit sfcollege.edu/counseling/workshops.
