November 5, 2018 – Living and Learning Workshops give Santa Fe College students, faculty and staff the opportunity to learn more about themselves to gain insight on the personal, career and academic issues that can impact the quality of life.
This week’s workshop, presented by the SF Counseling Center’s Dr. Leslie LeBaron, is focused on the topic of “Meditation Made Simple.” Learn techniques of meditation that can help you reduce stress levels, improve personal relationships and have better cognitive functioning.
The workshop will be held Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, from 1 – 2 p.m. in the SF Counseling Center, Building R, Room 235.
