November 13, 2018 – The Santa Fe College Counseling Center hosts weekly Living and Learning Workshops that give SF students, faculty and staff the opportunity to learn more about themselves. The workshops enable attendees to gain insight into the personal, career and academic issues that can impact the quality of life.
This week’s workshop is presented by SF Math department chair Dr. Katey Arnold on the topic of “Mastering Math Anxiety.” Math anxiety affects many students, and the good news is that there are strategies you can implement to help overcome your math anxiety.
Let’s talk about what you can do to enjoy your math class and show your best on test days.
The workshop will be held Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018, from 1 – 2 p.m. in the SF Counseling Center, Building R, Room 235.
Living and Learning Workshops are held weekly through the fall term. For a complete schedule, visit sfcollege.edu/counseling/workshops.
