February 8, 2019 – If you have chosen to receive your 2018 W-2 and 1095-C tax forms electronically you can now access these forms on eStaff. If you have not elected to receive your W-2 and 1095-C electronically, these forms were mailed to the address on file Thursday, Jan. 31. Employees having their W-2 or 1095-C forms mailed to them and have moved recently should make sure Human Resources has the correct mailing address. Human Resources can be contacted at 352-395-5185.
