April 3, 2019 – Santa Fe College’s five-week wellness kick off began Tuesday, March 19, with a one-mile wellness walk across the Northwest Campus. The SF Wellness Team encourages faculty and staff to join them over the next few weeks and learn how to become a better healthier you.
Here’s the upcoming schedule:
Week 4— April 9 – Zumba and Yoga in the Oak Grove. Two 15-minute Zumba sessions at 11:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. and yoga for a one-hour session from noon until 1 p.m.
Week 5— April 16 – A 20-minute Deskercise presentation beginning at 9 a.m. in the SF Gym, Building V, Room 18.
