May 23, 2019 – Santa Fe College’s Fine Arts department invites you to the 2019-2020 season. Filled with favorites including the fall and spring plays, Holiday at Santa Fe, Jazz Up Spring and many more performances from SF students in music, dance, visual arts and theatre. The Fine Arts Hall will also host nationally and internationally renowned talent as part of the Master Artist Series.
This year, SF is proud to present the dazzling Carmen Suite, November 8 and 9, 2019. Sonia Calero-Alonso will work with two luminaries in the dance world – American Ballet Theatre principal dancers Sarah Lane and Cory Stearns. Carmen Suite will also include American Theatre member, Luis Ribagorda as well as members of the New York Dance Project, showcasing Calero-Alonso’s husband Alberto Alonso’s ballet, on his American home campus of Santa Fe College.
