August 22, 2019 – The Association of Information Technology Professionals, AITP is a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to ethics and professionalism in the field of data processing. The local AITP chapter hosts presentations and discussions related to technology and management, social and networking events, hands-on training and education and tours of local and technological interest.
Through the Santa Fe College Foundation, the CompTIA AITP local chapter has provided student James Luberisse with a $500 scholarship for the fall 2019 semester. There were many deserving students which made this selection process challenging. The selection committee extends their sincere gratitude to each of the 2019 applicants for their submissions.
CompTIA AITP offers FREE membership to students who are pursuing a degree in IT. The association also offers paid membership options to IT professionals, as well as reduced dues to faculty members and administrators.
