November 7, 2019 – Santa Fe College’s Center for Academic Technologies (CAT) has reserved the computer lab – Building C, Room 120 for SF employees who still need to complete the FERPA and Cybersecurity training. Both trainings, which are available in Canvas, are mandatory for all SF employees, and continued access to college ERP systems (eStaff) will be contingent upon completion of the trainings.
CAT has reserved time in C-120 Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. For employees who need to complete the training who cannot make that time, CAT has also reserved C-120 for Friday, Nov. 15, from 9 – 11:30 a.m.
Supervisors are responsible for making sure all of the employees in their areas complete the trainings. Because this training is required by the college, it is intended to be completed during the employee’s work hours.
