Start the New Year with Yoga and Fitness

January 13, 2020 – Now that everyone is getting back into their routine following winter break, it’s time to start taking your health and wellness into consideration.

Yoga classes for the spring 2020 semester begin Tuesday, Jan. 14 in the Santa Fe College gymnasium, Building V, Room 16. Yoga is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5 until 6:30 p.m., and is open to all current SF students, faculty and staff.  Please bring your SFID.  Yoga mats are available for use if needed.

Also, remember that the Fitness Center is free and available for all current SF students, faculty and staff. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Fridays 6:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
