January 22, 2020 – Santa Fe College’s Center for Academic Technologies (CAT) is registering faculty and staff for a workshop on world climate Friday, Feb. 7, from 2 – 4 p.m. This multidisciplinary workshop can apply to many fields including math, science, computing, arts/graphic design, humanities, political science, education, economics, health, business, and more.
If you want to get students engaged, excited and motivated to take science-informed action and see how decisions have real-world consequences, join SF’s Sustainability Committee for a World Climate Simulation workshop. You will engage in an in-person role-playing exercise on climate change negotiations. Make fast-paced decisions and determine the level of action you need to take to address global climate change.
To register, visit the Professional Development Workshop webpage and sign up.
