March 19, 2020 – Out of an abundance of caution, and in order to respect the health and safety of the members of the College Senate, the senate meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, 2020, has been canceled.
The next few weeks may be a turbulent time, and the Senate believes that a meeting wouldn’t be in everyone’s best interests. At this point, the April 14 meeting is scheduled, however, a tool like Zoom may be used so members of the College Senate can participate in shared governance while practicing proper social distancing.
There will be a runoff election for College Senate President. The runoff will be between David Price and Andy Sheppard and will run from March 30 through April 6. To vote in the election, log into your eStaff account, click the My Information tab and then click on the Staff eVote Ballot link.
