SF to Host Online Training, Measuring Racial Inequity: A Groundwater Approach

May 4, 2020 – Santa Fe College’s Office of Access and Inclusion is offering an online racial equity training May 6, and June 9. The training, “Measuring Racial Inequity: A Groundwater Approach” has been offered on campus in the past, and has now been adapted to a virtual environment for continuation during the pandemic.

This workshop is an interactive presentation on the nature and impact of structural racism and what it looks like across institutions. The Groundwater Approach teaches how to use data to measure the systemic impact of racism and to track institutional change.
