College-Wide Proposed Budget Presentation Scheduled for Wednesday, June 3

May 28, 2020 – Santa Fe College will present the proposed 2020-2021 budget to the college community at 2 p.m., Wednesday, June 3, via live stream. The proposed budget is pending review and approval from the Board of Trustees at their next scheduled meeting. The event, which has traditionally been presented in the SF Fine Arts Hall will be held exclusively online in order to all faculty and staff to practice social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The operating budget for the college is primarily based on funding through tuition from students and funding allocated by the state legislature. President Broadie invites all faculty and staff to watch the live stream in the safety of their alternate work location.

Immediately following the proposed budget presentation, there will be a 10 minute live-streamed Q&A. If you have a question, please submit it to SF Communications Manager Jay Anderson at jay.anderson@sfcollege.edu.
