July 13, 2020 – The Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) Workforce, Adult and Continuing Education Commission (WACE) is seeking nominations for the 2020 Best Practices Award. The objective of WACE includes providing participation in all areas related to workforce and adult education programs and practices. WACE is a resource network to help faculty, administrators and support staff to stay abreast of workforce and adult-related issues as well as best practices.
Nominations for the 2020 Best Practices Award must be for practices implemented between July 1, 2018, and June 30, 2020. All nominees must be AFC members, nominations must be submitted in a video no longer than 5 minutes and prizes are awarded for the top three best practices.
All submissions should be sent to Ryan Buckthorpe at ryan.buckthorpe@hccfl.edu. The deadline for submission is Friday, Aug. 7.
