Faculty and Staff Can Access COVID-19 Professional Development Training Module on SF COVID-19 Webpages

July 22, 2020 – The college-approved COVID-19 professional development training module is now available to all SF faculty and staff on the college’s COVID-19 webpages. The training, Safe Santa Fe: COVID-19 Employee, is designed to provide information about COVID-19 and how it spreads. You will also learn steps you can take to protect yourself, make sure your work environment is appropriately sanitized and tips to navigate life with the pandemic.

Employees who have not yet been given notice from SF’s Human Resources office as to their specific return date can still access the course. All employees will be required to take the professional development training at least three days before their return.

The training, which may be done during normal business hours, should be completed in an hour and a half or less, and employees will successfully complete the training by passing all the quiz questions.

Upon completion of the training, you will be able to download or print out a certificate. You should forward a copy of your certificate to your supervisor and Human Resources at human.resources@sfcollege.edu.

If you have trouble accessing the course in Canvas, please contact the Canvas Help at canvashelp@sfcollege.edu or 352-395-7344.
