August 3, 2020 – In order to better assist students and faculty, Canvas Help offers extended hours of operation at the start of both the fall and spring terms. This fall, because of the expanded number of online and hybrid courses, Canvas Help is offering additional extended hours.
Beginning Monday, Aug. 10, and running through Friday, Sept. 4, Canvas Help will be available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. Canvas Help will continue to monitor the email account over the weekend as well.
Faculty can access the Canvas Instructor Guide or the Faculty Self-Paced Guide for assistance. Students can get help from the Canvas Student Guide or the Canvas 101 Student Orientation.
