September 2, 2020 – Although the Santa Fe College Fitness Center will remain closed as the fall term gets underway, it doesn’t mean you can’t still work out. Over the next several weeks, SF Fitness Center staff will offer training tips and exercises you can use to get moving, get in shape and maybe even drop a few of those quarantine pounds you may have picked up while working from home. Before starting any exercise regimen, be sure to consult your physician or other health care professionals.
This week SF Fitness Center Manager Tyler Hagin presents the Pyramid Workout. To do the Pyramid Workout, pick any two exercises (Tyler picked jumping jacks and mountain climbers) and perform each, resting as needed, with the following reps: 5-10-15-20-15-10-5.
