October 7, 2020 – Santa Fe College’s Fitness Center wants to help you get active and stay in shape. Each week, SF Fitness Center Manager Tyler Hagin will present a new workout video that will offer training tips and exercises you can use to get moving, get in shape and maybe even drop a few of those quarantine pounds you may have picked up while working from home. Before starting any exercise regimen, be sure to consult your physician or other health care professionals.
This week is the ab workout. Do each of the following exercises for 45 seconds, three times through: crunches, scissors, bicycle, plank, sitting twists, toe taps and leg raises.
