February 1, 2021 – Santa Fe College is excited to announce that the Alachua County Health Department will be providing COVID vaccinations at the Santa Fe College Northwest Campus this Friday, February 5, starting at 9 a.m. Members of the SF family, including students, faculty, staff, retirees, and other members of the college community who are ages 65 and older are eligible to participate. We are also able to extend this opportunity to members of your household who are ages 65 and over. You can secure a spot by contacting the SF Human Resources Office at 352-395-5185 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. through this Thursday. You will only need to provide the name, date of birth and phone number of the individual receiving the vaccine to reserve a spot.
To save time, you can complete the attached form that will need to be completed before receiving the vaccine. Forms will also be available onsite Friday. Vaccinations will take place in the SF Gymnasium. Please enter through the southeast entrance door. There should be ample parking available at the gym.
