COVID-19 Vaccine: Available for 18 + on Monday, April 5

We want to make sure that you are aware that as of Monday, April 5, all Floridians 18 and older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. There is no cost for the vaccine. SF students can access information about registering to be vaccinated through the health department in the county where they reside. Information for Alachua and Bradford County is included below:

  • Students who live in Alachua County can complete an online form with the Alachua County Health Department and UF Health to facilitate receiving a vaccine.
  • Students in Bradford County should contact the Bradford County Health Department to get information about vaccines by calling 904-964-7732.

As a reminder, all SF students who have tested positive for COVID-19 or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, or believe they have had close contact with someone who has COVID-19 within the past 14 days must complete the COVID-19 Disclosure Form and should not come to campus. A Contact Tracer will follow up with you via phone and approve you to return to campus as per the college’s Exposure Protocol.
