April 29, 2021 – Santa Fe College will host an in-person Open House Saturday, May 8, 2021, from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on SF’s Northwest Campus, located at 3000 NW 83rd Street, Gainesville. In-coming and prospective students are invited to tour the Northwest Campus, visit with faculty and advisors and discuss the various programs including SF’s nine bachelor’s degrees, Career and Technical programs and certificates that can get you credentialed to enter the job market quickly
In order to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19, all college safety protocols will be in effect, including wearing a face covering, even if attendees have been vaccinated. In addition to safety protocols, any in-coming or prospective students are asked to bring no more than two guests with them to Open House.
College officials are planning for informational sessions on how to pay for college, information on transferring to a university, activities and clubs from SF’s Student Life and more. There will also be opportunities to speak with advisors and faculty members from academic departments across the college. SF President Paul Broadie II, Ph.D. will be speaking to attendees in SF’s Oak Grove at 10 and 10:30 a.m.
