We are approaching the end of the 2020-2021 Financial Aid Award year. The Financial Aid Office must complete required processes to close this award year. Below is a summary of important dates that may affect students you work with in these processes.
June 18 – July 1
Summer B Book charging. Disbursements to student are turned-off during this time.
June 22
Summer awards are cancelled for students that have not enrolled for Summer. Loans will be cancelled if both entrance counseling and the master promissory note are not complete.
June 30
Last day to complete a FAFSA for the 2020-2021 award year (ending this summer). The FAFSA remains available for the 2021-2022 award year (starting in the Fall)
July 15
Last day for submission of eligibility and verification documents. After this date documents will not be accepted, including resubmissions of incomplete/erroneous documents submitted before this date.
July 23
Students who did not meet eligibility requirements for 2020-2021 by this time will remain unawarded and their 2020-2021 accounts will be deactivated.
