October 6, 2021 – Later this month, SF employees will see changes in how work orders are submitted to SF Facilities Services. The changes, which began over the summer with the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO), will continue with additional enhancements that will make the system much more user-friendly. The system also has a mobile app that Facilities Services techs can use on the job to more accurately reflect their workflow and completion of requests.
If you see something across the college that needs addressing from Facilities Services, you can submit a work request through the SF Facilities Services webpage and clicking the yellow button under “Work Request System”. Your SSO using your SF ID and password used for SF’s Office 365 email accounts.
