NOTICE OF RULE AMENDMENT: The District Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College gives notice of its intent to create Rules 2.5, 3.5, and 3.17 at its regularly scheduled Board meeting on 1/18/22 on the SF Northwest Campus, 3000 NW 83rd Street, Bldg. R-001, Gainesville, FL 32606. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to protect the health and safety of the public, members of the public will attend the meeting remotely. For information or assistance on how to remotely attend, for alternative arrangements, or to arrange to provide public comments at the meeting, please contact 352-395-5170 or general.counsel@sfcollege.edu at least 15 minutes in advance of the meeting per College Rule 1.4.

Rule 2.5. TITLE/SUBJECT: Regional Accreditation and Substantive Changes. PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To establish the College’s requirement to remain in compliance with its regional accrediting body with a particular focus on substantive changes. PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To ensure compliance with Florida’s Code of Ethics for Public Officers and establish institutional commitment to ethical standards. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: FS 1001.64.
