December 6, 2021 – Santa Fe College will celebrate the graduates of the Class of 2021 with a special Walk-Through Graduation Thursday and Friday, Dec. 9-10, 2021 at the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall. Students graduating with bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees or certificates will walk Thursday, Dec. 9, from noon until 2 p.m. and Friday, Dec. 10, from noon until 5 p.m. Students in SF’s Nursing programs will walk Thursday, Dec. 9, between 3-5 p.m.
The ceremony is based on the Drive-Through ceremonies held for graduates in the spring of 2021. After a year of online only events because of the pandemic, students were excited to have an in-person component to graduation in the spring. College officials decided to modify the event and have students and their families schedule appointments in 15-minute increments to walk through the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall to receive their diplomas.
