January 20, 2022 – With virtual career fairs quickly becoming the norm, many employers are questioning if the old-school technique of in-person onsite job fairs sends the right message about their organization. Employers can maximize the potential of an onsite job fair by targeting specific industries, roles and skills sets, and using it in conjunction with other innovative hiring solutions such as pre-screening candidates for onsite interviews.
