February 24, 2022 – Santa Fe College’s men’s basketball will hold a net-cutting ceremony to celebrate their Central Conference Championship Thursday, Feb. 24 at 5:30 p.m.
The Saints invite the community inside the SF Gymnasium as each player and coach takes their turn cutting down their respective piece of netting to memorialize the historic achievement.
The Central Conference Championship is the program’s eighth conference crown all-time, and first since 2012. Head Coach Chris Mowry has now won five at the helm of the program.
The receiving votes Saints (24-5, 12-3 Central) await their seeding and matchup for the FCSAA/NJCAA Region 8 State Tournament, which will run from Mar. 2-5 at Northwest Florida State College’s Raider Arena in Niceville, Florida.
