This notice is to provide SF students with a reminder about the college’s protocols with regards to COVID-19.
As stated in the SF COVID-19 Safety Protocols, all students who are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or test positive for COVID-19 must stay away from the college premises and inform SF Student Affairs of their status by completing this online disclosure form.
A Contact Tracer working for Student Affairs will call each student who submit a disclosure form to discuss their situation and provide follow-up communications as appropriate with faculty and college officials. Contact Tracers must approve all students’ return to college premises.
